Embedding fonts in CDF files

Alternatively you can enclose fonts in CDF files so that the Clickcat reader program used at a catalog user will use these fonts for correctly visualizing the pages even if these fonts are not installed on the user's PC.

This avoids differences in the typeface of your catalogs!

The user of the CatalogReader will have no possibility to use the embedded fonts beyond the visualization of your catalog pages (what hackers can do is something else but they are rarely interested in fonts, which they can download easily from the Internet). The Clickcat reader software uses embedded fonts similarly to comparable other programs and takes care to avoid any other use of the embedded fonts.

We have taken all technically feasible preparations to avoid the use of such embedded fonts for any other purposes but the visualization of those CDF files, which originally contained these fonts. Nevertheless, we have to make clear, that legal obligation is solely with the user of this software and never with us, especially since the legal situation will probably differ from country to country.
