This menu item opens the article form. Depending on your version you can search, select and use articles or you can even create, edit and delete articles in many versions. Also the number of fields available in an article object differs between the various versions starting with a simple article data distribution database and ending with a full blown content management system, which administrates all multi-lingual data as contained in product catalogs, article number database and price calculation system.
